From start to finish the job was done very professionally. I was pleasantly surprised to get my initial call back on a Sunday evening to set up an appointment to replace my ac/heat thermostat. Appointment set for the next day and I received a call about 3 hours before the appointment asking if I would allow them to come early as they finished early at their last appointment. Technician was very knowledgeable and tested both the thermostat and flow valve. Both were bad. Technician was able to fix the flow valve quickly and ordered the "special" thermostat for our system was back the next day to install and our system was back running great.
