I was not a satisfied customer at the onset of your service. I called for my 85 year old Mom's garage door. The 1st tech that was sent out took her check for payment but did not repair the door properly. After a couple of conversations with Victor,another tech named Cher was sent out. He was so professional, knowledgeable,detail oriented and fixed the door within a half hour. I certainly will refer your company to my family and friends and suggest that they ask for Cher! What a great guy !!
