We adopted our puppy at three months old and JCAH was the referred hospital to take our dog to finish up her shots and get her spayed - both of which were included in the adoption fee.Their office is very dirty, they are unprofessional (for example, the vet was talking on his cell phone to his wife while giving my dog her shots) and they are extremely rude - on the phone and in person. My fiance took our dog in this morning to get her spayed and the woman at the front desk was heartless. Our dog is now a party of our family, and she didn't make him feel at all comfortable leaving her with them. He asked if she needed to see any of her paperwork and she said "no, you can call back at 1:30 and see how she is..." She didn't ask for any information on the dog, didn't fill us in on what was going to happen or how long the procedure should take. She just grabbed our dog and told him "ok!" Our poor puppy was whining and resisting getting put in to one of their kennels - she sleeps in a kenne
