Review content:
We were pleasantly surprised they were able to send a tech the same day we called as we have had 2 weeks of 100 degree weather. The first tech diagnosed the problem but didn't have a fan motor on the truck. He called it in and the dispatcher called us back later to tell us another tech would be able to do the repair before 9pm the same day. She gave us a 1 1/2 hour window and the second tech called within the time frame to say he was on his way. The repairs took a little longer than we were told but the estimate we were given didn't change. We only paid what we told by the first technician. Both techs were knowledgeable and professional. Overall experience was very satisfying.
