Review content:
We engaged Crossroads Hospice approximately 3 weeks before my Mother passed from this life. The only thing my brother and I regret is that we did not do so sooner. From the first day when we sat down with the Representative, we found Crossroads to be very helpful, prompt, informative and above all, compassionate. The last few days of Mom's life were very painful for her. Crossroads effectively and timely administered medication to alleviate her suffering and we are so grateful for that. Our experience with Crossroads has been very positive and we appreciate the service they provided.
