I must say Jeromy is very good.. even great at what he does. He completed his inside work on two windows in less than two hours. I was there watching him work. I really hope you have him at the highest end of your pay scale for his work. He's worth it! Not sure about the other workers that you have working for you to say this, but in a heartbeat I would recommend your company if all of your workers are like him. He does 5 star work with 5 star focus!
