We have had two great experiences with Walts. The first was about 1 year ago when we bought our fridge from them. Not only did they have the price 50$ cheaper then their competitors, they also stayed open an extra 1 hour because I was late and stuck in traffic when I came to pick up the fridge. \r

The 2nd experience was this last week. Our washing machine broke and so I called around to get quotes on how much it would be to fix it. I called four different places and all were about the same price, when I called Walts, they said "it is under warrenty from the manufacturer". The washing machince was over 8 years old and I had no idea it was under warrenty. No other company offered up this information. They saved me over $200 and they came out sooner then anyone else could. \r
