I read other reviews and called Walt's thinking I had found a company I could trust. Unfortunately, the repairman did exactly what I feared: he told me I needed to completely replace my motor control board and the wax motor and that since the machine was 11 years old I should just buy a new one for $1400 or so. Since the problem was just a blown fuse on the motor control board I showed him the door. Within 24 hours I replaced the motor control board w/a good used one for $50. I will not call Walt's again.
