My 94-year-old neighbor's kitchen faucet handle was loose, by the time Southwest Plumbing was done with her at the end of the day, she's got a $800 brand new faucet with a built in spray she can't use due to her arthritis, a $1500 new hot water heater to replace the one that wasn't broken, $725 to repair and replace the pipes and valves that cracked during the above installation, and a $3000 bill. We are talking about a little old lady who lives on social security alone who needed a simple job done that only requires an Alan wrench and 30 seconds of labor. The only reason Southwest Plumbing even gets a star is because there is not a choice for less.
