I didn't buy a car here, but I did need emergency service to my Nissan while I was travelling on I-94. I rolled in there with my Sentra shaking and shuddering, terrified it was something major. I had another 10 hours of driving ahead of me! Anyway they took a look, found the (relatively minor) problem, and had me back on the road in about two hours. The waiting room was very comfortable, clean, and stocked with popcorn, freshly baked cookies, coffee, and water. I arrived fighting back tears of panic and an empty stomach, and left with a full stomach, a fixed and cleaned car, and feeling confident about the repair.
