Let me start off by saying that my experience with Comfort Keepers was disappointing at best. My first call to them went like this. I asked the woman WHO ANSWERED THEIR PHONE for a price and she said that she could not give me a price. I asked why not, she said she was in a meeting and could I call back. WHAT??? I said can't you just give me a ball park price she said Ok, where do you live? I told her and she said I don't handle your area. WHAT? you are in the same town I live in. Ok, I do handle your area. WHAT? I could tell she was preoccupied the whole time she was talking then she started talking to someone else. HELLOOOO??? Then she finally admited that she was at the food store shopping and bagging her purchases. She then asked if I COULD CALL HER BACK AT ANOTHER TIME? Are you kidding me? Do YOU actually think I would do business with a company like this???? THIS BEHAVIOR WAS ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE. Do yourself a favor and don't get mixed up with this company. If this
