If you like paying ridiculously high prices for regular pet care ten this is a good option for you. You do get to spend 15 minutes with the doc getting to know everything about him. But they don't like it if you try to buy your mere somewhere else where they are half what they charge and make it as difficult for you as possible. After spending over $250 on a well visit they refused to fax a prescription for me. Tried to tell me it was some new law. What bull, it's all about the $$$. And they say they strive to give personal attention. I am very disappointed and will not go back. FYI they quoted over $500 to have my Min Schnauzer spayed. I took her to spay-Xperia for $75 and could not have been more pleased with the staff and service.
