We had 2 problems, separate calls, which were handled by Nick. He was very thorough, quickly diagnosed the faults, and performed the repairs. Took the time to patiently explain the issue and what to do to prevent problems in the future. I highly recommend Binsky, and especially Nick, who was a fine Ambassador for the company.
From an administrative point the company handled the call and the service was done on time and fairly priced. Nice Company to do business with. Thanks for good experience.
