I would start by stating my many years of patronizing Roto-Rooter for my plumbing needs in regards to maintenance, service and repair. I recently experienced a waste pipe blockage that required proper diagnosis and remedy. Through an assortment of plumbing technicians sent, I would like to highlight the professionalism and resolve displayed by Sean 1110. Sean 1110 arrived promptly at my residence and reviewed my problem through conversation with myself and effective troubleshooting at the source. His expeditious decision to remove the tank for further examination, exposed the primary cause. He thoroughly explained the overgrowth of roots between the concrete slab and the migration into the drain pipe (something missed or overlooked with previous camera examination months ago of which I was charged for).\r
He promptly removed the obstruction and treated to prevent further growth. His demeanor was pleasant and his efficiency was impeccable. I would hope this observation as a customer reaches Sean 1110 through proper channels as it reflects greatly upon him and the training he has received. Thanks for your time.\r
