We had a relatively simple problem -- a sink pop-up stopper that kept coming loose, despite our repeated efforts to fix it -- and Tobey took care of it. He was here a few minutes ahead of the 8 a.m. appointment time (which was appreciated, so I could get started with other errands) and quickly solved the problem. He also took time to check our laundry washtub, which had been draining slowly, and suggested a lint sock on the hose from the washer would solve most of the problem. He was friendly throughout the visit and easy to work with.
