Did have a minor, problem. When Jeff finished the job he mentioned a filter was dirty. He showed us what he was talking about and in showing us the are area he rurned off the furnace at the electrical and the gas line. After explaining the problem.. he was on his way. We left home and upon our return the furnace was no working. I remembered he turned off the electric and flipped the switch back on but still did not get heat. Adam came at 9:00 PM and checked it out I mentioned the elect switch and he right away checked them gas valve and turnpned it on. I did not notice Jeff had turned it off also. Whir this minor fix all is well. We deeply appreciate you helping us late at night. With Jeff explaing the filter problem I can see why he forgot to turn the unit back on. Most of all, I know what to look for in the future. Thanks again for your excellent service.
