My husband and I have worked with Tom's Floor Store for a number of years- not only on our own home, but we also have several rentals and whenever we needed one of those redone- carpeting, linoleum, whatever- we always used their service. We wouldn't go anywhere else because of their service and professionalism. We have been loyal customers and they have been very good to us. Their prices are reasonable compared to other places. If you go in to the store, they will meet you at the site to go over the project as soon as the schedule allows- usually within a couple of days. They will go over it and immediately give you the prices in a very timely manner. Once you've made your decision, you are put on the schedule right away- and it's not a far-out schedule, it's within a couple of weeks. They are awesome. We have worked with both Lisa and Tom, and both of them have just been wonderful. They have done our rentals and our own home. In our home we had all the flooring and carpeting completely redone two years ago, and it still looks beautiful. The installers they use are very good and they know what they are doing. They were amazing- they moved everything, even the piano! They did one room at a time and they really took charge of moving the furniture. They were very careful- nothing was damaged, everything was fine. From beginning to end, working with them is always a pleasure. I would highly recommend Tom's Floor Store!
