Review content:
After having my heating system serviced, I recently had issues with noise coming from my heat pump. It was making noise when serviced and the gentlemen who serviced it explained to me the problem and fixed it. Within 30 days, noise was again coming from the unit. The weather made it difficult for Roth to come out immediately as there were many people without heat and I at least had heat. Hugo came out on Tuesday and explained what was happening, fixed it and did not charge me for the service. He was extremely professional and a pleasure to have in my home. I have a maintenance agreement and have noticed that every time someone comes to my home for servicing, they are very thoughtful about covering their shoes upon walking into my home and very pleasant.\r
