I walked into Carco Automotive on Friday, and walked out owning a used Freightliner Business Class Dump truck. We worked with Jeff Friedrich, who is very knowledgeable and helpful in a non pushy way. After getting home I felt there was a miscommunication of a subject and reached out to Jeff via email after hours. The very next morning, which was a Saturday, Jeff called and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Carco didn't technically have to do anything as I purchased the vehicle, but they treated me with respect, dignity, and made it right in my eyes. The type of integrity Jeff displayed goes a Long Way for us and we would gladly recommend Carco Automotive to anyone. That kind of dealership is hard to find and people like Jeff Friedrich make the vehicle buying experience comfortable. Thank you again Jeff! Your honest dealing and communication with us is much appreciated.
