My wife and I started noticing burbling from our toilets whenever we turned on the sink or showers for 1 day. After doing some reading on the internet, we decided it was likely a impending clog somewhere in our plumbing system and called Pristine Plumbing to get their expert advice. My call was answered immediately and we were offered an appt the next day with a reasonable service window. Our assigned service technician, Anthony M, came the next day during the offered time window and was very professional and courteous through the entire service visit. Anthony took the time to listen to the information we had observed and after then inspecting the toilets (by now 1 toilet had actually clogged) and the drainage outside, decided that the main line needed to be cleared. We proceeded to the garage where he helped me clear some of the things I had in front of the line, then let me look over his shoulder when he inserted the camera snake to confirm our suspicion that it was a clog 25 ft down our main line. Subsequently he used a different professional grade snake with a blade (this was definitely not a DIY job!) and within 20 min our main line was cleared and all of the problems were resolved. Our family had a great experience with Anthony, and he seems like the type of guy I would invite over to break bread with our family if he was a neighbor. Without a doubt, our go to plumbing service is now Pristine Plumbing! Thank you Anthony! And on top of this all, I received a call later that afternoon from their main office to make sure we had a good experience and our problems were resolved. Absolutely outstanding service.
