Review content:
Never having had a root canal before, I didn't know what to expect, but I suspected it would not be pleasant. I could not have been more wrong. The root canal I received from Dr. Bills was actually an enjoyable experience. I experienced far less discomfort than from a routine dental cleaning. Both Dr. Bills and Cathy, her dental assistant, were exceedingly compassionate and attendant to my comfort throughout the procedure. In fact, everyone in the practice, including the front desk staff, were friendly and put me at ease from the moment I walked in. As well, I was impressed with Dr. Bills' thoroughness in diagnosing the condition of the tooth in question, but also in going beyond that to diagnose the condition of two other problem teeth and in explaining to me not only what she was doing every step of the way and why, but what else I needed to have done and what other health effects the condition of my other teeth might engender. Very impressive.
