Not too happy with the rates increases despite zero inflation for last 8 years!!!!!!

Hi Sanjay - I'm Alan Keller, the owner here at Award Self Storage. I'm sorry that you're not happy with the rate increases. We do strive to keep our rates as low as possible. Unfortunately major expenses like property taxes, utilities, insurance costs and maintenance costs continue to rise each year, so we need to cover some of those costs in order to maintain our high quality.
