My wife and I showed up to pick up our new 4Runner that had been shipped in for us. When we arrived we realized it was the wrong trim model than what we had wanted. The team at Michael's made phone calls to other dealerships to see if they could locate another one in the trim level we wanted in the color we wanted with the same options. They also looked through their inventory to see if there was another trim package that we would be happy with. After much deliberation on what we really wanted in our 4Runner, we decided to go with the one they had in their stock and were out the door that day with our new vehicle and are loving it! We really appreciated how hard they worked to get us in to a vehicle that would work for our needs and I would recommend anyone to Michael's Toyota to buy their next vehicle.
