I am always happy with the service that I receive at Jeremiah's. This time I am scratching my head over one thing. I had a manufacturer's recall on my vehicle so I took it to the dealership the week after I had service at Jeremiah's. The dealership fixed the recall issue and told me that my air filters needed to be replaced. I knew that Jeremiah's had replaced the cabin air filter the week before. The dealership stated that the engine air filter was dirty. I told them to go ahead and change it, but to save the air filter so I could look at it. When I saw the air filter it was filthy! I know that Jeremiah's would not have let my vehicle out with an engine air filter that looked like that (gray, dusty, LEAVES) so I am left to wonder if the engine air filter HAD been checked or, and probably more likely, the dealership just grabbed an engine air filter out of the trash from some other car. I will still be using Jeremiah's for in the future as I do trust them...I am just scratching my head. I think that the dealership pulled fast one. Thanks for all of your friendly service and great help. :)
