My dog died because the doctor did not do more tests to find out what the problem was. No xrays, urinalysis, blood test for \r kidney/liver. Only a cbc blood test that I suggested. Female doctor Puril did not know what she was doing. She sat on the floor and scratched her head in confusion!! \r \r My 7 year old chow/shepherd mix had stopped eating, had blood in her urine, had bumps on her and she scratched some bumps open, she had a runny nose, and sneezing. She had high white blood cell \r count, but the vet only gave antibiotics and pain meds and sent us on our way. I feel my dog could of been saved if proper tests where done, and even suggested.\r \r As a truck driver, I was prepared to stay many days in Salt Lake if I needed to, for care/possible surgery of my dog. When in doubt, ask another doctor to help!! Stupid, incompetent doctor. My dog, Rowan Miller visited on Jan 10, 2008. She died Jan 15, 2008 at another vet. Her condition worsened.
