Chris W. replaced my garbage disposal in a non-standard plumbing configuration that was installed when RylandHomes built my home. After spending hours installing the new disposal, he left early in the afternoon. Unfortunately, his original attempt resulted in a plumbing leak in the line from the disposal that I discover late that same afternoon. I called My Plumber dispatch, and Chris returned about 180 that same evening. He then spnt about an hour and a half trying several modifications to the leaking drain line. Thanks to his ingenuity and perseverance, he was able to solve the problem. There was no additional charge for his follow-on effort, and I no longer have a leak.
