Over the years, Community Association Manager has been one of the most incredibly helpful, responsive and customer-focused representatives I’ve ever worked with in property management. My sister and I jointly own a unit —originally purchased by my parents in 1979--and will be closing on a sale at the end of this month. Throughout the process, she has been amazingly helpful and supportive with ongoing resources, referrals and common sense advice to manage the work we needed to do to prepare the unit for sale. At times, she has offered a degree of hand-holding, as well.
