Review content:
I worked for this company for a couple of months. Their dishonesty is unbelievable! I can't tell you how many times I was told to tell the customer that their new unit or their replacement parts came in damaged, in order to put them off a few days or maybe even a week or two! So many customers were suffering in the heat of the summer!!!Sometimes at work, I would cry while listening to customers tell me all that they had been through with Greenway. My supervisor would always tell us that ""It is what is is"". I just couldn't accept that as the truth! I never understood why our department was called customer service, as we couldn't serve the customer any where near the way that they deserved. Most customers felt stuck because of their home warranty company, and they pretty much felt like they had to use Greenway, unless they wanted to call someone else and pay all of the bill out of pocket. It's a sad situation, but in time I'm sure that Greenway will have to do better if they want to continue to get the contracts with these warranty companies.
