The before, during and after care was excellent! I truly appreciated the coaching on the front end of the procedure and the aftercare follow-up was wonderful. Each week I received an email that stated what I should be experiencing at that stage of the recovery process. It was extremely accurate! My boyfriend and my daughters were not exactly supportive of my decision at first. After I received the procedure, my boyfriend said, "I am glad that you made an investment in your future health! You look HOT! "Well, "HOT" wasn't what I was aiming for. I just wanted to be able to bend over with ease. My daughters both said, "Mom, you look awesome. I can't believe how much energy you have!" Thank you Dr. Hatfield and her Care Team. They did a great job and I am telling anyone that inquires! Why would you keep a secret about feeling the best I have felt in over 5 year?
