My furnace quit working on Wednesday night. I called a repair store and they could not get out until next week Tuesday. I called Andy's Statewide and the pleasant young lady that answered was able to schedule me for the following morning. First thing on Thursday Dennis S phoned and was out within an hour. It did not take him long to figure out what the problem was. He had the part needed and heat was back on within 30 minutes of his arrival. Fast, friendly and neat. He gave me an estimate of the cost and told me about an on-line coupon that would save $50. He also told me about the guarantees provided. Thanks to Dennis S and Andy's Statewide for coming through when the temperature is freezing. I will definitely call them again and added them to my favorites on the computer. Someone grab a Pina colada for me, I think I am in the Bahamas!
