Way overall priced for non-drain pipe unclogging work. I had a clogged drain pipe in the basement and the sump pump had gone out. I had replaced my sump pump in 1996 while living in NJ for less than $200, so I decided to go with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. The service and response time overall was very good. If I had just needed the drained unclogged I would have been a very satisfied customer but the ride was ruined by the predatory price gouging to replace to the sump pump. When I considered replacing the sump pump myself I was hit with the threat of a $100 trip charge, way over price!!
