Dear Joe, I want to thank you for your kind willingness to repair the rear door to the Yorktown building in a timely manner. As you can see I am copying this message along with your invoice to our accounting agency for payment. They will cut a check and at our next management meeting on December 9th, I will sign the check so you should receive it the following week. If it wouldn’t be too much difficulty, it would be appreciated if you could please provide us with an estimate for replacing the door in case another security issue for the building arises from another malfunction. It would be preferred to maintain the two separate doors scenario, instead of changing it to a single door, which is what we discussed and believed it would pass muster for a new permit. We look forward to using you’re the services of your company when the need arises in the future. Have a happy and healthy holiday season. Marc
