Review content:
I recently contacted Richard Joyce to handle a family law matter. I overnighted an $11,000 cashier's check to him to get started quickly. He was send a note saying he was going to call and then not call at all. He filed one document in the matter, did not show up for the motion to be heard and then stated he would file a document that evening in an effort to save the ruling and did not file at all. For almost two months he has done nothing in the matter but send notes stating that he contract makes claim to my $11,000 deposit. This is a family matter involving children. He hasn't even offered to complete the case or do anything. He only states the escrow deposit is his. Stear clear and don't send him any money.
