It was not this agent but another one in Aurora that made trades without my consent. The investigation that Edward Jones will do will not call you. They only talk to the agent. The SEC is investigating. I am going to court. Also, google your agent's name before you even drive by their ""place of business"". Keep this in mind. Their commission is 10% and the guy I had bought Mutual funds from the same family of funds. Hartford. What a rip.
Cons: Theft on a corporate level.
