Our entire experience with the folks over at Gillespie's Abbey Carpet & Floor was excellent from top to bottom. From the beginning, the decorator who helped us pick out the flooring was helpful and great. Once we made the selection, we set an appointment and they came by beforehand to double check the measurements since we have some weird shaped floors. The installers came and they were great, they were on time and professional and did the job in a very timely manner. These guys just showed great customer service and it went a long way with us. The floors look amazing and that coupled with the customer service just made the whole experience excellent.
