This was by far the worst Vendor I have ever worked with, and mind you I have been working with contractors at apartments since I was 18. The estimator Jon lied to my face on the timeframe, while Foster, who was in charge of the project never bothered to respond to a single call or email, except one email where I REQUESTED a discount for the awful service (I even wrote that if they decided to give no discount we would still send check for full amount). His response was that if we do not pay a lien will be put on our property.
I work at a Senior Complex and we asked 194 resident to use parking on the street and at other properties. CP and G knew this and said the project would be done within 2 days. It took 3.5 days to finish the bulk and they left holes on the property which were not fully repaired for two weeks. During this time, I had difficulty getting a response, but as soon as the job was completed I was bombarded for payment.
This company showed no respect or care for the fact that Senior Citizens were having to walk long distances. Furthermore, they showed no respect for us, the company who is paying them. The estimator went ghost as soon as the project started and the workers were not on the same page at all.
Worst, while we had an open patch of asphalt and concrete on one side of our property, they had their machinery at a property next door flattering out the left over asphalt they had for him. Again, this was while we had open asphalt. Lastly, the work was not good. It was complete, but very sloppy
Point being, this is an awful company who does not respect its customers. I mean, I'm sure they pave a great driveway.
