*I am not one to post a bad review unless it is earned. I think that it is equally important to post positive comments if a company provides excellent customer service.*\r \r Peterman was contracted by the previous owner of my home to perform routine maintenance and replace the furnace filter. Many months later I realized that the filter installed was vastly undersized and allowed dust and other particles into my furnace, duct work, and home. I spoke with their Service Manager Derek today. Derek stated that due to the elapsed time since the service was provided, Peterman would not do anything to fix my problem. In addition, their paperwork showed that the correct filter was installed, therefore it must have been me that installed the filter that was way too small. I was also told that if I had noticed this within 60 days of the service they could have helped me. I guess I assumed that the correct filter had been installed and there was no need to check their work. I admit that I went far
