Review content:
I used to live on Brooklyn 4 years ago and walk here for my groceries. Back then it was a little shady but not as bad. I work on University Ave and go there for things every now and then. There is always something shady about this Safeway and I approach with caution. A couple of months ago my boyfriend parked the car out front and ran in to get something. I was thankful he locked the doors because two men banged on my window and tried to get in while I was in the car. My boyfriend came out of the store and they ran off. I was very shaken by this and am now watchful when I shop here. Its not the greatest Safeway in the world. Its extremely dirty, unkept and the produce is sad. So be careful when approaching.
