Review content:
I came in for ""The Works"" on our 2014 Fusion Hybrid, and to try to determine what a sound in front passenger door might be. All of the staff were very courteous, and it was thought that maybe the sound could be the panel shifting a little over bumps. I decided to wait until the sound either gets worse, or louder before we fix it. But it was really nice that a repair tech went with me for a ride to try to hear it instead of just saying they can't hear it so, oh well.
