This place is a rip off! I took my 3 girls here to get their nails done for my daughter's birthday. The "manicure" consisted of dipping their hands in HOT wax, peeling it off, and painting their nails which none of my girls wanted to do because it was too hot and burned. So all they did was get their nails painted. That's it. I could have done that at home.
They also wanted to make the sugarcrub sundae and sparkle lotion/ body wash. Half the products were empty and the pumps were broken. She didn't even know what you were suppose to do to make the stuff.
The whole experience was not fun for the girls at all.
When I went to pay, she tried to charge me $15 each for the manicures that they didn't even get. I argued with her that I wasn't paying $15 for someone to paint their nails. She said "well it's for a Birthday so it's going to be more expensive". I asked to speak to the manager and she told me she wasn't there and that she could email her but she won't respond. Nice.
She ended up changing me $10 each which is still ridiculous but at that point I just wanted to get out of there.
Don't waste your money!!
