Review content:
I always find the technicians to be thorough and informative about any current or foreseeable problems with my HVAC systems. However, I have to say that I am beginning to feel that every visits involves some repair, recommended service or suggested upgrade to a system that is less than 10 years old. Is Trane making inferior products? Also full disclosure is always a good idea when suggesting upgrades. I would never have installed the air cleaning system had I been informed up front about the very expensive maintenance required.
