We just recently sold our home , during this process the buyers home inspector gave us a long list of nit picky stuff to fix. Most stuff was easy to do it ourselves (the hubby is handy) but the chimney had more extensive masonry issues that we don't know how to fix. We had 10 days to get this done or closing would be delayed and I already had everything including our new home lined up around this date. I called 3 companies, one didn't show or call , one gave a ridiculous estimate and told me 50 percent deposit and MAYBE they would get it done in 3-5 weeks. \r
Safeside chimney came out last, gave a price we could live with , and after explaining our situation came out 2 days later and two very nice and very professional men rebuilt our chimney. Looks great , too bad we don't get to enjoy it. Will be using them to clean our chimneys at our new house in spring.
