Review content:
You remember the first time you turn on your furnace in the Fall and it doesn't respond. Well that was the reason for the Pacific Air visit. Steve found the problem, a crow had dropped a fir cone down the air exhaust roof pipe and blocked the air flow, thus the furnace would not cycle or operate properly. Steve, the technician then completed our annual maintenance and all is working well. He kept the fir cone to be used as an example of what to look for when trouble shooting.
