My problem is not with Dr. Bullard, but with his staff, and in particular, with his office manager. The dentist gave us two options for treatment, but as soon as he left the room, his assistant started insisting the less expensive option (the option of not having my two year old put to sleep in a hospital in order to complete her work) was not an option. Then the office manager came in and rudely (and condescendingly) insisted the same thing. It seems this office is all about making as much money as possible with no regard for the safety of the patients. We were able to get into Just Kids Dental within days. Our daughter s work was done gently and competently IN THE OFFICE. So, I guess it was possible after all. Oh, and a couple months later Dr. Bullard sent a letter telling us he'll never see our daughter as a patient again because we didn't have her work completed there. Nice.
