Every year, we have our heating system checked before winter sets in, as part of our service plan with Weltman. This year, Hector came to do the check-up. This guy is thorough!
Before he got started, he asked questions about the system, and also if there was anything happening that we wanted him to check first.
After carefully examining the systems (which took a couple of hours), he met with us to review his findings. We have old furnaces, so none of his findings were news to us. He gave us valuable advice on taking care of them going forward, and also left us with pages of notes on what he checked, and what he found. My husband and I were left with the belief that if we have an issue sometime during the winter (these are old systems, it's bound to happen), Hector will know exactly what to do.
