I called Beverly Services to schedule an appointment for my fall checkup & got one within a week: it was very early in the season. On the day of my checkup, Scott called about a half hour before to let me know he was on his way, through rush hour traffic. When he arrived he introduced himself and was very pleasant. He got to work immediately and respected my request to watch and make sure my cats did not go to the basement. The price for the checkup was reasonable and competitive . Scott completed the furnace check in a timely manner. We chatted a bit about cats. Then he and was on his way.
