SST Oil in Redding CA, has supplied me with home heating oil and a heater for many years. Their prices are very competitive. Their heater service technician was trained at the heater manufacturers' schools.
Early one morning one of their fuel oil delivery drivers came to my house to fill my kerosene tank. I was 45 minutes away, on the freeway. He noticed water leaking out of the side of the second story of my home. No one was home, so he immediately called my cellphone and left a message. I returned the call 15 minutes later and instructed the delivery man how to turn off the water main to my house. Even though that driver had a busy delivery schedule to keep, he refused to leave my property until I returned his call. SST's reputation for loyalty to their customers prevented thousands of dollars of water damage to my home. Quality service and treating their customers like family, are very important to SST Oil.
