Review content:
I got multiple bids to have my heat pump and furnace replaced. Of all the bids I got Specialty was the one that stood above all the other. Their combination of communication, customer service, product and installation knowledge and price point made them my top pick. The only hiccup came at the very end when the installer forgot my rebate/ tax credit paperwork and left a tool. This was so minor as compared to the very complicated issues with my installation that I was happy to drive to their office in Tigard, return the tool and turn in my paperwork with a smile on my face. I highly recommend Specialty heating and cooling to anyone whom is needing service of their equipment or total replacement/ upgrade. Thanks team!
