There was some question as to whether this area rug was wool or not, but they decided to treat it as it was to prevent color bleeding, I used an Angie's List prepaid coupon and paid an additional 28% for this. Although the cleaning cost was close to the original cost of this discount area rug that gets heavy daily use by our family with 2 dogs that constantly shed. I felt the results were worth the cost (I delivered & picked up the 10x12 rug to Hydro Clean's office / shop.
Due to extensive local flooding, they were obviously swamped with work when I dropped it off, and I was in no rush to get it back due to our interior painting. They estimated about 2 weeks due to their backlog and that was almost exactly when I received a call that it was ready to pick up. They had the cleaned rug wrapped in heavy paper, and they loaded into my vehicle.
