I dog-sat my best friends dog after Easter. Apparently all the table scraps he was given did not agree with his stomach. I woke at 3am to his whining and to my horror found large puddles of diarreah in my bedroom and living room carpeting. I knew right away I couldn't clean this myself, as it was simply too liquid. Que frantic voicemails being left at like 5am to various carpet cleaners around town. Hydro-Clean had good reviews, so they are one I left a message with. Brandon called me back at 8am on the dot and said he would have a team out by 9. Patrick and Jeremiah were in my driveway at exactly 9 and did my estimate in about 10 mins. I agreed on the pricing and by 12ish, they had finished cleaning about 3000sqf of carpet and all the stains and smell vanished.
Service was quick, courteous and professional. I still can't believe they got to my home within an hour of getting my voicemail. I'm beyond impressed and relieved. I will be 're commending Hydro-Clean to everyone I know. None of the other companies I called even bothered returning my call.
